MISSES’ BLOUSE AND SKIRT: Semi-fitted blouse has princess seams, pockets, back peplum and long sleeve with cuff. Flared, bias, pull-on skirt, lower calf and elastic waistband.
NOTIONS: Blouse A: Eight ³/4" Buttons. Skirt B: 1¹/2 yds. of ³/4" - 1" Elastic and Wide Bias Tape (Optional).
FABRICS: Blouse A: Drapery Silk, Rayon, Sheer and Burn-out Fabrics. Skirt B: Wool Crepe, Rayon, Challis, Pre-washed Linen and Silk Crepe de Chine. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals.
